The Manor At Hunton Park

From I-295 - exit 49A - Montpelier, VA exit - Staples Mill Road

Proceed west on Staples Mill Road to Hunton Park Boulevard. Turn right onto Hunton Park Boulevard (divided county-maintained highway), and proceed one mile to the end to the traffic circle. The Manor at Hunton Park is located at the end of the traffic circle. If coming from I-64, use the Staples Mill exit, proceed west and follow directions after you pass under I-295.

The Manor is located about ten miles north of downtown Richmond with quick access via I-295 or I-64 to Short Pump Mall, Virginia Center Commons, Willow Lawn, and Route 288 to Southside. Private and public golf courses are conveniently located nearby. Grocery stores are located about one mile south on Staples Mill Road in Crossridge Shopping Center.

Visitors are welcome to use the CALL BOX at the gate house to locate a resident’s name by using the “A to Z” call buttons. Follow directions on the CALL BOX and the gate will open when tone is sounded.
